October Ipsy

OCTOBER IPSY🎃

October is great time to experiment and try new things with makeup. Bold makeup is more accepted in October because of Halloween. This makes getting a surprise Ipsy bag immense fun. This month Ipsy dropped their "Black Magic" Ipsy bag. If you are not familiar with Ipsy, go to my last blog post.

~Like most things in life, Ipsy has its own pros and cons. Keep reading below to find out some of the pros and cons of Ipsy.~

Pros to Ipsy:
•Great makeup samples. This is great because it allows you to test a product before actually buying it.
•It's a cheap payment each month.
For only ten dollars, you can get an Ipsy bag yourself. This includes five products and one mini makeup bag each month.
•It Allows you to get new products. Sometimes you don't hear about different name brands or hear about a new type of beauty product. This allows smaller companies to get word out about their new, amazing products.
•You can have your own beauty profile. This allows you to tell your skin tone and eye color. The profile also contains the types of products you would like to receive the most.

Cons to Ipsy:
•Ipsy controls what you do receive. If you are in need of face primer, you cannot just tell them to send that. It is a randomly selected group of things you receive. Luckily, you can give it away as a stocking gift if you know you would not use it.
•Dates of delivery can fluctuate. Depending on where you live and what products you are getting, you may have a slightly delayed Ipsy delivery compared to the one you received the month before.

This month I received a blush brush, sugar lip scrub, glitter-gray eyeliner, pink blush/eye shadow, and face primer in my October Ipsy bag.  Soon I will be testing these things on my own and posting a video to my YouTube page. Click the next link to visit my page and see my Ipsy reviews. They will be posted next week.
